After moving from Europe, Peter had spent majority of his childhood exploring the Australian Outback on horseback in search for gemstones and mineral deposits. Being one of the first opal miners in Coober Pedy South Australia, Peter is one of few prospectors that can find new opal occurences. After serving as a Combat Engineer in the Vietnam War, Peter had spent decades working as an Exploration Diamond Driller in Australia and Canada.
Being a qualified accountant, Vikki is the backbone to the Holdfast Exploration's administration. In addition, Vikki has a diverse background ranging from the Hospitality Industry to exploration programmes making her a vital member in supporting Holdfast's ongoing logistics..
Ben is a Civil Engineer with a focus on transportation and geotechnical engineering. Ben also has a diverse background in exploration geology and diamond drilling.
Having held senior positions in varies remote aboriginal communities, Lee brings to the table a fountain of knowledge that enables Holdfast to engage our Projects with the local indigenous communities and stakeholder liaison.
Adam is considered Holdfast's Fire Opal expert, leading the operations of the fire opal diggings East of Laverton. Adam has served overseas in the RAAF including Iraq and Afganistan bringing an array of leadership and management to the Holdfast team.
